Ready to take your subcontracting business to the next level? Before starting the application process, ensure you have the following:
- Licensing – For trades requiring a license in Ohio, provide up-to-date license information and documentation.
- Insurance – A valid Certificate of Insurance listing The Gentry Companies, LLC as the certificate holder.
- Workers’ Compensation – An Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation certificate, where applicable.
- Portfolio and References – Digital files or images showcasing your previous work, references, and any relevant samples.
- Additional Documentation – Any other documents that highlight your expertise or qualifications.
Once you have these materials ready, submit your application and required documentation to join the Gentry network. After you submit your documents, our admin will review them and, barring any issues, send you a DocuSign packet containing our subcontractor agreement, ACH Payment Form, and IRS Form W-9. These forms are electronically completed and signed. Once these forms are reviewed and signed off by our admin team, you will receive instructions for accessing resources in JobTread and be able to start working for us.
