• Step 1: Initial Consultation – This is where we find your “north star.” It’s where we explore your ideas, needs, and budget, then pair those things with recommendations from our team on how to maximize your space.

• Step 2: Design & Planning – Once we have your vision in mind, our in-house designers get to work creating a plan that works best. This plan also includes detailed timelines, cost estimates, and specific ways we will deliver the results you’re looking for.

• Step 3: Pre-Construction Preparation – At this point, it’s time to apply for the permits and for our team to source the materials we will use for your project. We work hard to make sure your home is protected during the renovation stages by blocking areas off, installing floor coverings, ensuring the space is cleaned. We will also answer any questions you have about preparing your property for construction, as well as the steps we take.

• Step 4: Construction Begins – This is where the magic happens, and our skilled craftsmen take your vision from blueprint to reality. During the construction period, we’re sure to keep you updated as to our progress, as well as continue to answer questions you might have. We recognize that we are guests in your home, and we will always act professionally. Additionally, we will focus on safety, protecting your property, and minimizing any disruption to your normal routine. If possible, we will also remove our equipment at the end of each day to help minimize disruptions remodeling has on your day-to-day activities.

• Step 5: Final Touches – Once we’ve completed the remodeling project, we make sure you’re happy with the results and ensure the space is cleaned, in addition to completing any additional steps that are required.
